1. The Service
Callcraft provides AI-powered communication tools: AI Practice (voice practice with an AI interviewer or AI buyer, with reports), Peer Mocks (practice sessions with people you invite) and Live Copilot (real-time suggestions, notes and summaries during sales calls, meetings and similar conversations). Features available to you depend on your plan.
2. Eligibility and your account
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract under Indian law.
- Give accurate details when you sign up and keep your password safe. You're responsible for activity on your account.
- An account is for one person. Sharing a login between several people isn't allowed; contact us for team plans.
- Tell us straight away at support@callcraft.in if you think someone else has accessed your account.
3. Plans, payments and taxes
- Plans, prices, periods and AI minute limits are shown on our Pricing page and at checkout. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include GST. You receive a GST invoice for every payment.
- Payments are processed by our payment partner. We don't see or store your full card, UPI or bank details.
- Your plan starts when payment succeeds and lasts for the period shown. Unused AI minutes don't carry over to the next period.
- If a plan renews automatically, we'll show this clearly before you pay, and you can cancel any time before the next renewal.
- Cancellations and refunds are covered by our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Delivery is covered by our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Service lawfully and honestly. In particular, you must not:
- use Live Copilot or any live AI help during a job interview, exam, test, certification or any other assessment where outside help isn't allowed (use AI Practice to prepare beforehand instead);
- use the Service to listen to, transcribe or record conversations in a way that breaks the law. Where the law or the other people on a call require it, you are responsible for telling them you use AI note-taking and getting their consent;
- attempt to bypass proctoring, monitoring or security software, or use the Service to deceive people in a way that causes them harm;
- upload content you don't have the right to use, or content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene or infringes anyone's rights;
- copy, resell, reverse-engineer or overload the Service, scrape it, or try to get around plan limits or security;
- use the Service to build a competing product, or to generate spam, malware or content that promotes violence or hatred.
See our Responsible Use Policy for more detail. We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules (see section 10).
5. Your content
"Your content" means what you give the Service: audio, transcripts, documents, instructions, resumes, screenshots you choose to analyse, and the notes and reports generated for you. You own your content. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide, secure and improve the Service for you, as explained in our Privacy Policy. We don't sell your content or use your calls to train AI models.
6. AI output
Answers, scores, suggestions and summaries are generated by AI and can be incomplete, out of date or wrong. Use your own judgement before relying on them, especially for legal, financial, medical, pricing or contractual matters. You're responsible for what you say and do on your calls. Scores in AI Practice are for guidance and don't predict or guarantee any interview, sales or hiring outcome.
7. Private mode
Private mode uses your operating system's content-protection feature to keep the Copilot window out of screen sharing and recordings. It works with major meeting apps as tested by us, but operating-system and meeting-app updates can change how it behaves, so we can't guarantee it in every situation.
8. Third-party services
The Service relies on third-party providers (for example hosting, database, AI processing and payments) and works alongside meeting apps we don't control, such as Zoom, Google Meet and Microsoft Teams. Your use of those apps is governed by their own terms.
9. Our intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, brand, logos and content (other than your content), belongs to us or our licensors. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service during your plan, in line with these terms.
10. Suspension and termination
You can stop using the Service and ask us to close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access, with notice where reasonable, if you break these terms, if required by law, or to protect other users or the Service. If we close your account without cause, we'll refund the unused part of any paid period.
11. Availability and changes
We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but it may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, updates or reasons outside our control. We may improve, change or remove features; if a change significantly reduces a paid feature during your paid period, you may cancel and get a refund for the unused part.
12. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent allowed by law, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses (such as lost deals, jobs, profits or data), and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited under Indian law.
13. Indemnity
You agree to compensate us for reasonable losses and legal costs arising from your breach of these terms or your unlawful use of the Service, including recording or processing other people's conversations without a required consent.
14. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any issue informally. If a dispute can't be resolved, the courts at Bokaro, Jharkhand, India will have exclusive jurisdiction.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll post the new version here with a new "last updated" date and, for significant changes, tell you by email or in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated terms.
