First time opening: if macOS says it can't open Callcraft, go to System Settings → Privacy & Security, scroll down and click Open Anyway.

Windows

Windows 10 or 11 (64-bit)

If Windows shows "Windows protected your PC", click More info → Run anyway.

Install in three steps

  1. Install: on Mac, open the .dmg, drag Callcraft to Applications and open it from there (the first time, you may need to click Open Anyway in System Settings → Privacy & Security). On Windows, run the installer.
  2. Log in with the same email as your Callcraft account.
  3. Allow access when asked: Microphone and Screen Recording on Mac (needed to hear your meeting app and read your screen when you ask). You can change these any time in System Settings → Privacy & Security.
