Responsible Use Policy

1. What Live Copilot is for

• Sales calls, demos and negotiations
• Client and customer meetings
• Team meetings, stand-ups and planning
• Customer support and consulting sessions
• Presentations, teaching and Q&A

In these conversations you're representing yourself or your business, and having your notes, documents and an assistant to hand is normal, just like a printed battle card or a colleague passing you a note.

2. Where it doesn't belong

Live Copilot must not be used in job interviews, exams, tests, certifications or any assessment where outside help isn't allowed. For interviews, use AI Practice to rehearse beforehand, so on the day the answers are genuinely yours. Using live help in these situations breaks our Terms and can lead to your account being closed without a refund.

3. Consent and recording laws

Callcraft turns what's said on your calls into text so it can help you. Many companies and some laws require participants to be told when AI note-taking is used. Follow your company's rules and the law where you and the other people are, and tell them when required. We show this reminder in the app before every Copilot session.

4. What we will and won't build

• ✅ Private mode keeps your own notes window out of screen shares and recordings, like keeping your notebook off the projector.
• ❌ We don't build tricks to hide Callcraft from Task Manager, Activity Monitor or monitoring software, disguise the app's name, or bypass proctoring tools.
• ❌ We don't market Callcraft for use in live job interviews or exams.

5. Reporting misuse

If you believe Callcraft is being misused, tell us. We review every report.
